1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- The shipping method you select
- The weight and size of your order
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customs policies vary by country – please check with your local customs office for more information.
- SaniStick is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7days of delivery. - Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure shipping address.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will try to contact you to correct it.
- If the package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
