1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you are not happy with your SaniStick disposable toilet brush kit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund – no questions asked.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
- Timing: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. (If the product is defective or damaged, see Section 4 below.)
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used disposable cleaning heads (for hygiene reasons).
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
9. International Returns
For international orders:
